Lorry to transport workersIn June 2006 a Mercedes Benz lorry was purchased to enable church leaders to travel to Mbuji Mayi for a conference with Keri Jones and Tony Ling.   The cost of transporting these leaders using hired vehicles would have been the equivalent of half the amount spent on purchasing the lorry.

The lorry has since been used for enabling the transport of leaders to other conferences in the sub-regional capital of Kabinda and the town of Lubao.  Transport is a major challenge in this region as the roads are rough and traders demand exorbitant prices for hiring their vehicles.  This lorry has helped enormously with the infrastructure of the group of churches Yambalu leads. With the number of church plants outstripping trained leaders, it has been of tremendous use in terms of helping gather the leaders together for training and equipping conferences.

It has also been used to collect building materials for the church building project in Kabinda.  Roofing iron and wooden beams have been transported from Mbuji Mayi and the local forests.  The lorry has also been used for evangelism projects into remote villages on church planting missions.
